HOW IT WORKS
Every Polar Beer System is custom built for the installation. The three essentials of remote beer dispensing - proper temperature, correct CO2 content and ideal flow are all built right into the system.
The heavy duty Polar Pac refrigeration unit and insulated product lines keep the beer ice cold from the keg to the dispenser. Every dispenser is cold-blocked and insulated to keep the beer cold right into the glass.
CO2 regulators are set for proper CO2 pressures (which propels the beer from the keg to the faucet). Each dispensing tower is custom balanced to maintain an ideal flow and trunk lines are made of a special "barrier" tubing to prevent flavor transfer and preserve the integrity and flavor of the beer.
